From The Denver Post:
Home resales show surprise jump
Sales of previously occupied homes rose unexpectedly in February by 5.1 percent, the largest amount in nearly six years, as first-time buyers took advantage of deep discounts on foreclosures.
Economists said sales may finally be coming back to life after declining sharply following autum's stock market plunge.
Remember, this is on a national level. Denver has been ahead of the country both going into and coming out of the foreclosure crisis.
