Besides seeing this great news, I always enjoy reading the comments section.
The RMN & Denver Post has 2-3 regular commenter’s who post negative comments on every real estate post - usually multiple times. I always wonder what their motivations are. Are they contractors that specialize in foreclosures (trash outs, board ups, maintenance, etc)? Are they apartment owners / leasing agents that make money only if people don't buy homes? It truly is fascinating to watch.
Either way, I think we're going to start seeing more positive real estate articles like this one.
